Starbucks does have AT&T WiFi, but you have to pay for it and it can be buggy, especially on Maui. They do have a deal that allows you two hours of WiFi connectivity free every day as long as you buy a gift card and use it to pay for a drink at least once a month. "The Coffee Store" in Kihei just had an outage for about 5 minutes while I was sitting here. As far as I can tell it only took them a few minutes to track down the issue and get it up again.
